Hello my name is chef Tiana. I am a private chef in the DMV. I am a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. I have owned several restaurants and have been the private chef to many high profile clientele. I have been featured in several magazines and newspapers for my culinary classes and rated service. Keep in mind this is a sample menu. We can make this menu more theme oriented if you like. We can customize a menu to fit your parties needs. This cooking lesson will show you how to prepare a course meal in a short amount of time with shortcuts and how to use items from your pantry. Once the lessons are completed you will sit down to enjoy your creations with full service. The experience will include your china and wine for your to enjoy with your meal. This will be a great culinary experience. If you should have menu selections you would like to see please let e know so we can adjust the menu to ensure your happiness. Once your menu is done, we will serve you your creations as if you were in a restaurant.
